Face PRP

From your own blood, not an external material — and the result is gradual, not instant.

What is face PRP?

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is extracted from your own blood, not an external material, and is used to stimulate skin renewal from within.

Many people expect a filler-like instant result, when in reality it works gradually over weeks and usually needs more than one session.

It is not a substitute for filler when the actual cause is volume loss — we explain the difference before you choose.

How the session works

01

Blood draw

A small amount of your blood is drawn under sterile conditions, just like any routine blood test.

02

Plasma separation

The sample is placed in a dedicated centrifuge that separates the platelet-rich plasma from the rest of the blood's components.

03

Plasma injection

The extracted plasma is injected into the targeted facial areas with fine needles.

04

Gradual stimulation

The plasma begins gradually stimulating collagen renewal over the following weeks.

What we don't offer — said before you start

  • PRP is not a substitute for filler when the actual cause is volume loss — we clarify which one suits your case after assessment.

  • Some cases need a basic health screen first, and we do not skip that step to save time.

If your case needs filler instead of PRP, we say so clearly before any session.

When a session is postponed

  • A blood-clotting disorder or blood-thinning medication not approved by your treating physician.
  • Active skin inflammation or infection at the draw or injection site.

Questions and answers

Questions repeatedly asked about face PRP at Hokama Najd.

The blood draw is like any routine test, and a numbing cream is used before injecting to reduce sensation.

Usually several spaced sessions for the stimulation to build up, and the number is determined after assessment based on your treatment goal.

The result is gradual over weeks, not instant — real improvement shows after the full course of sessions.

Usually yes, but certain cases such as clotting disorders need an assessment or a basic health screen first.

It is only used to separate the plasma and inject it right away in the same session — it is never stored or used for any other purpose.

PRP is extracted from your own blood, while mesotherapy injects an external active substance — we determine which suits your goal at assessment.
