What occupies most men about their beard is not the beard itself but what surrounds it: hair creeping down the neck, an uneven line across the cheeks, and edges that need tidying every day or two.
And repeatedly shaving those edges leaves its mark: redness, small spots, and hair that grows back under the skin and forms inflamed bumps.
How we treat it here
We draw the beard line with you first, and treat only what falls outside it.
The devices are Candela, and we have a dual-wavelength device (755 and 1064 nm) that allows us to work with darker skin tones.
The device and settings are chosen after assessing your skin tone — not before.
The number of sessions varies with hair density, colour and thickness, and is determined after assessment.
A decision that is not easily reversed
Hair treated with laser thins progressively and does not return to its previous density.
So we draw the line, photograph it and take your approval before the first pulse — because widening the line later is possible, while bringing hair back is not.

Shave the area with a razor, avoid plucking, waxing or threading in the preceding weeks, and avoid direct sun.
Reducing hair usually reduces ingrown hair and shaving irritation. Existing inflamed spots are assessed first and may need treatment before sessions begin.
Mild redness and warmth that settle within hours to a day. Avoid steam, high heat and direct sun afterwards.
